Hopkinsville Male and Female College
(start date: 1883 - end date: 1915)P. T. Frazer, Sr. was the principal of Hopkinsville (KY) Male and Female Collge until it closed some time around 1915 as the result of a lawsuit between Frazer and the school trustees. The school, owned by Baptist associations, had six teachers. Located on five acres of land, it was an elementary and high school that could house up to 50 boarders.
When the school closed, an 11th grade high school was available to Colored students in Hopkinsville that was supported by the city.
