Foree, Jack C.

(born: 1935  -  died: 2010) 

Jack C. Foree was born in New Castle, KY, the son of Etta and Jesse Foree. He attended a segregated, two-room grade school in New Castle and received his high school diploma from Lincoln Institute. He was also a graduate of Kentucky State University, Spalding University, and Indiana University. Foree was a math teacher and administrator in the Jefferson County School System. He was the president of Sky Brite of Louisville, Inc., a janitorial service he founded in 1970. Foree was also president of Grace Bible College, Inc., located in Louisville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Information for this entry was submitted by Jake Karnes. Jack C. Foree died May 18, 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky.
