Hines-Martin, Vicki

In 1994, Vicki Hines-Martin was the first African American Ph.D. graduate from the University of Kentucky College of Nursing. She is the founder of the Kentucky Chapter of the National Black Nurses Association (KYANNA). She is a professor in the University of Louisville School of Nursing and the director of the Office of Disparities and Community Engagement.
