Included are proclamations calling for better compliance with federal prohibition laws, and asking that the "needs of the Kentucky Negro" be discussed in the churches on "Inter-Racial Sunday." Also included are the proclamations removing the jailers of Woodford and Scott Counties from office, after they allowed mobs to take prisoners from their custody, one of whom was lynched.
