Miller, Martha

In February 2018, Martha Miller became the first African American to be sworn in as a county clerk in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She served as the deputy clerk in Winchester, Kentucky from 1977, as the district court program was established, until her appointment to the circuit clerk. For information see F.
