Smythe, Carrie F.

(born: 1909  -  died: 1990) 

Smythe was born in Louisville, KY. She was a teacher at the Samuel Coleridge Taylor School in Louisville for 18 years and principal at William H. Perry, Sr. Elementary School for 25 years.
