Hannah E. Hall Huley was from Flat Rock in Bourbon County, KY, the daughter of Lula Bowles and Charles Hall. Hannah and her mother were living in Lexington, KY when they were enumerated in the 1930 U.S. Census. By 1940, Hannah was married and living in Williamstown, KY. She and her husband Ralph Huley are enumerated in the 1940 U.S. Census.

Hannah was employed as a cook in Williamstown. Four years later, she was divorced and had enlisted in the Army in Cincinnati, OH, according to her enlistment record in Ancestry. After her military service, Hannah was again employed as a cook. She settled in Kalamazoo, MI, where she died in 1953 and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery.
