Allen, Frank, Jr.
(born: 1924 - died: 2015)Allen, born in Nashville, TN to Frank Allen, Sr. and Mary Will Connor Allen, was elected to the City Council of Burkesville, KY in 1969, becoming the city's first African American elected official; he was re-elected in 1971.
